Refund policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
It takes 1-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped, unless otherwise indicated on our website as a pre-order item. We do not ship out orders on the weekend. We ship locally from our office in Los Angeles by whichever shipping service the customer selects. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $150.00. We offer flat rate $7 shipping if orders are below the $150 mark, but shipping can be less depending on the weight of the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping Policy

We ship to every country, but do not cover the costs of the shipment or customs and duties fees. The customer has the option to select via UPS or DHL depending on their location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The customer is responsible to pay all customs and duties fees that are charged to them in order to receive their package. Daycare does not cover any customs or duties fees.
Returns and Exchanges
You can initiate a self-serve return by logging in to your Daycare account, or by reaching out to us via e-mail at customerservice@daycarewear.com. We will respond with a label and mention that if returning or exchanging, the price of the label will be deducted from the total refund value.
We no longer offer free returns/exchanges for items shipped within the United States or Worldwide. To be eligible for a return, you must send back your items within 15 days, unworn and unwashed and in original packaging with hangtags still on. If all the items look okay, you will receive a refund back for your items. From there, $5-$10 depending on the return shipping location will be deducted from your return/exchange.
All items marked on sale are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. An item marked on sale means that it requires a discount code to purchase or was marked down for automatic discount. If either of those option applies, the customer is not eligible for a return or exchange even if it does not indicate "final sale" in the product title. Any item that is marked down from it's original retail value is ALWAYS final sale. no returns or exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
As mentioned above, you will be deducted the price of your return label when we receive your shipment back in the mail.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@daycarewear.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any time we have a promotion on our website, whether it be an automatic discount, a price markdown, or an inputted discounted code at checkout, the customer is not eligible for a return or refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card credit will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Daycare Take Care Program
A big part of our model is our Daycare take care program. We hope that once your lil' one grows out of their clothes that you will send the outgrown Daycare items back to us. At this time we do not accept any items that are NOT Daycare. Once we have inspected your return and ensure that it is not too damaged, we will send you an email with 10% off your next order.
International returns and exchanges:
