Shipping policy

domestic shipping:

we offer free shipping on domestic orders over $150 or flat rate $7 shipping if your order is below $150.

we no longer offer free returns/exchanges. please email us at hello@allthebabies.co if you wish to make a return or exchange and we will send over a label.

once we receive and inspect your cozies, we will refund you in full if applicable and deduct $5-$10 depending on the location of the return.

if you are sending back a "giveback" of your gently used all the babies cozies to be hand delivered to babies in need, you will receive store credit to purchase from us. all givebacks are FREE to send back. 

as always, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

all the babies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

international shipping: 

all international orders require customers to pay for shipping and customs/duties fees depending on their country, weight of package, and price of package. all the babies is not responsible for any fees the customer incurs nor has any control over the price of the fees. international shipped rates applied at checkout. 

as always, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

if you are unhappy with your items, you must provide your own shipping to send them back to us. international returns can be sent back to:
