all of our packaging is made from recycled materials and should be recycled after use. we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. once an order is placed, you are not able to make any changes at this time.

If there is an issue with your order please let us know at customerservice@daycarewear.com however at this time we do not accept returns.

Our sizing fits true to size. We always recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes or if your little one is in a higher weight/height percentile.

please take care of your items and refer to the washing instructions on the individual product tags as instructions vary from product to product.

1) SEND US A CARE PACKAGE: simply send us an email with the items you would like to pass on to another little one. we will email you a return label.

2) WE TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING: once we receive your items we will clean and send the items out to a little one in need

3)THANK YOU FOR CARING AND SHARING: we will send you a discount code for your next order by email once we receive your items
